Get listed with us! Chamber Website / Member Landing Page
Chamber Members are listed by Name and Category on the Chamber website with a link to your homepage and/or e-mail.  Additional online listings for your business may be placed on www.visitnavasota.com and www.explorenavasota.com.

Online advertising opportunities are available on our website with limited availability.   Creation of an individual landing page for your business may be created through the Chamber for a small fee.

Membership Directory 
Chamber Members receive up to two listings (alphabetical & categorical) at no charge in the Relocation Guide / Membership Directory that is provided to visitors, to new residents at closings, and mailed to out of town businesses and residents as requested. Advertising opportunities are available in the Chamber Directory.

Business Referrals 
Members’ names and phone numbers are distributed to thousands of people inquiring each year about goods, services, shopping, and visiting opportunities.  Members are referred first!  The Chamber office is open five days a week each month of the year to serve its Members. 

​

Attend our  After-Hours Mixers
Chamber Members may sponsor a mixer at their place of business. The mixer is open to all Chamber Members and their guests and allows businesses to showcase their store, product or service. There is a nominal fee associated with hosting a mixer.

Ribbon Cuttings and Grand Openings 
New Members receive a free ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Navasota Grimes County Chamber of Commerce. Chamber staff arrange for local publicity and sending invitations to the event. Additional ribbon cuttings are available for a small fee.

Attend or host our Workshops and Seminars 
The Chamber hosts’ workshops and seminars for small business owners throughout the year. Subjects may include customer service, telecommunications, business planning, financing, etc. 

​

Economic and Demographic Information 
The Chamber serves as a reference point for Members when they seek the latest statistical trends for business planning purposes.  The Chamber is the economic development center for Grimes County through an agreement to promote county-wide attractions and business growth opportunities.

Mailing Lists 
Our membership mailing list (printed and/or electronic) is available upon request to Members at no additional cost. 

​

Get our Newsletter, list your business services in it too! 
This weekly email blast tells readers about special promotions, upcoming events and informative tid-bits that generate interest in your company. Get your information to the Chamber (assistant@navasotagrimeschamber.com) by noon Thursday the previous week that you would like your information included.

Maps 
The Chamber sponsors printing and distribution of a city and county map every other year.  This publication is free to Chamber Members and some 6,000 are handed out and mailed annually.  

Advertising space is available and arranged through the Navasota Examiner. 

​

Brochures Displayed 
Members may display flyers, brochures and business cards in the Chamber office.

 

AgniTEK- Website Hosting Discounts
As a new Chamber Member, you will receive a certificate from AgniTEK.  This package includes website design ($299 value and may be upgraded for an additional charge), three months of hosting, and a domain name.

 

Navasota Examiner Advertising Discounts
20% off your first newspaper advertisement each year; half off of a one year subscription to the Navasota Examiner Newspaper.

$200 free advertising on Navasota News 1550, to be used within six months of joining the Chamber.

Classic Currency 
The Chamber offers gift certificates, Classic Currency, which can only be used at Chamber Member businesses and purchased at the Chamber in any amount specified. Classic Currency promotes our focus of SHOP LOCAL! Members can choose to be listed on our Classic Currency!
