All Chamber members are listed by Name and Category on the Internet with a link to your homepage and/or e-mail. Advertising opportunities are available on our website with limited availability.

Membership Directory
All Chamber members receive two listings (alphabetical & categorical) at no charge in the annual Business/Membership Directory that is mailed to of town businesses and residents as well as given throughout Grimes County. Advertising opportunities are available.

Business Expo
The Business Expo will be held in July and attracts several hundred people. Chamber members may display their products and services during this event. Booth rental opportunities are available to members and all participants receive publicity before and after the event.

Exclusive Referrals
Members’ names and phone numbers are distributed to thousands of people inquiring each year about goods, services, shopping, and visiting opportunities. The Chamber office is open five days a week each month of the year to serve its membership.

Business After Hours Mixer
Chamber members may sponsor a Mixer at their place of business. The mixer is open to all chamber members and their guests and allows businesses to showcase their stores. 

Ribbon Cuttings and Grand Openings
New members receive a free ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Navasota/Grimes County Chamber of Commerce. Chamber staff members arrange for local publicity and sending invitations to the event.

Workshops and Seminars
The Chamber hosts’ workshops and seminars for small business owners throughout the year. Subjects include customer service, telecommunications, business planning, financing, etc. 

Economic and Demographic Information
The Chamber serves as a reference point for members when they seek the latest statistical trends for business planning purposes.

Mailing Lists &Labels
We provide our membership mailing list to our members at no additional cost. Also, upon advance request, we will print you a complete set of mailing labels for a small fee. Use them to send brochures, announcements, coupons, etc. to your fellow Chamber members. 

Bulk Mailings
Use the Chamber’s bulk mail permit for substantial savings on mailings of 200 pieces or more. You save not only on postage, but also on the annual fee required to have a postal permit of your own.

Commerce Connection
This publication is put out by the Chamber for its members to keep you informed on happenings at the Chamber as well as other members. The Chamber allows each business two flyers (non consecutively) in the monthly newsletter to advertise specials, menus, etc. This is at no cost to chamber members. We also have affordable advertising available for this publication. 

Maps
The Chamber sponsors the printing and distribution of a city/county map every other year. This updated publication is free to chamber members and some 6,000 are handed out and mailed annually. Advertising space is available.

Brochures Displayed
Members may display flyers, brochures and business cards in the Chamber office.

AgniTEK- Free Website and Hosting
As a new Chamber member you will receive a certificate from AgniTEK, that includes website design ($299 value- may be upgraded for an additional charge), 3 months of hosting, and a domain name.

KWBC- 1550 Advertising
Navasota News 1550 gives each new member a $200 advertising certificate to be used within 6 months of joining the Chamber.

Suddenlink Media Advertising
Suddenlink Media has partnered with us the help you boost you business by offering the following in effective cable advertising. New members will also receive a certificate for $1000 free advertising (with purchase of $300 a month for 3 months) Complete Production of commercial is $275.

Representation
The Chamber acts as your spokesperson, sales manager, goodwill ambassador, and business agent. We are the Business Voice of Grimes County.

Classic Currency
The Chamber offers gift certificates that can only be used at Chamber member businesses and purchased at the Chamber in any amount specified. The Chamber does not profit from the sale of Classic Currency. Classic Currency sales promote shopping locally for Chamber member businesses and bring business to our supportive members.
